Hello! Welcome to the Natural Fitness 704 Family! My name is Sara, I am the Lead Trainer/owner/President here at Natural Fitness 704, and I just so happen to be the creator of the online program you just purchased. I truly feel honored that you are entrusting me to help you along your health and fitness journey. It is a hard choice to make with so many programs out there, but here you will find a sense of community, where we take pride in our victories, and we learn from our mistakes. We all have our ups and downs, and I am here to help you go up, up, UP!
You have been on your journey of health and overall wellness for a little while now, and you should be SO PROUD of yourself. It’s hard to put our own needs first in a World that requires so much of us. As I am sure you know (or you are about to find out), the more we take care of ourselves, the more we are able to give to others in our life.
If you are brand new to the Natural Fitness 704 Family, WELCOME! If you have gone through the first two levels of fitness in my earlier programs, Holy Guacamole, LOOK at how FAR you have come! Either way, I am so happy you are here, you are going to LOVE this level of fitness. It’s going to be a little challenging, but I know you can do it!
At the end, you should feel stronger both physically and mentally. Not only should you be able to really understand the pattern of an effective workout, you will also be able to ask yourself some introspective questions to honor your journey along your fitness path.
For some of us, that may sound a bit silly, but think about it. What do we have control of in these wild times in which we live? We can harness our inner strength and resilience, lean on our core beliefs, and focus on our health. We are able to control our actions and reactions according to the environment around us. We are strong, and this level of fitness is going to make you even stronger.
During your first 4 weeks, as well as the weeks beyond, you will receive weekly emails from us with everything from journal prompts, to fun activities to stay moving on your rest days, and healthy ideas for the kitchen. I encourage you to join our social media community as well, so you can engage with other clients of mine and meet like-minded individuals who are focusing on their health too.

Introduction to the intermediate Level 3 Online Course
Welcome to Level 3, Fitness for Intermediates!
This might feel very different from other online programs you may have tried. My intent is to REALLY teach you these exercises and to show you how to create a challenging workout program for yourself.
The best way to accomplish that is to use a traditional approach to modern technology, tracking our progress, while learning the movement via the internet. Over time, you may not even need to look at the library as you do the exercises. We are all about learning how to do the best we can with the exercises we can do. Form matters, and it is always Quality over Quantity at Natural Fitness 704.
Welcome to the TEAM! Make sure you check your inbox regularly and add us as a contact for your weekly inspirational e-mail and writing prompts.
If you haven’t done so already, make sure you fill our and print a copy of the Health History Questionnaire, and then download the the Measurement Chart, your programmed homework sheets, grocery shopping list, & weekly planner.
With every Level of fitness, you will get homework every 4 weeks. Every 4 weeks is what we call a “Cycle” and there are three Cycles to every Level. This is going to give you three solid months of a fitness program that will give you the tools you can utilize to reach your goals. I am so excited you are here. You are about to be pushed both physically and mentally, and I know you are going to become the best version of yourself along the way!
