We’ll begin by having a phone consult so I can learn about you, your health and your fitness goals. Then we’ll have an in-person session where I access your current fitness level. I’ll show you foundational exercises and proper form that you can use at home to help build strength in between your workout sessions.
You choose the number of times we meet per week or month because that’s where the transformations in your body and mind begin taking place! Every 6-8 weeks, we’ll measure your results! Before you know it, you’ll have met or exceeded your goal! Ready to start your fitness journey?
