We’ll begin by having a phone consult so I can learn about you, your health and your fitness goals. Then we’ll have an in-person session where I access your current fitness level. I’ll show you foundational exercises and proper form that you can use at home to help build strength in between your workout sessions.

You choose the number of times we meet per week or month because that’s where the transformations in your body and mind begin taking place! Every 6-8 weeks, we’ll measure your results! Before you know it, you’ll have met or exceeded your goal! Ready to start your fitness journey?

I have gone to Sara for training for about 3 years.

When I first started, I was totally out of shape (nothing I ever intended to happen) due to surgeries and working for years at desk jobs, raising children and being “too tired” to go to gym after work, etc.

I was apprehensive about having a “trainer” and didn’t know if it would work for me. I did not know if I could even do anything to get “back into shape” but wanted to give it a try.

With her encouragement and wonderful attitude, I feel reinvigorated and see myself as a work in progress.
