Welcome Note From Sara
Hello! Welcome to the Natural Fitness 704 Family! My name is Sara, I am the Lead Trainer/Owner/President here at Natural Fitness 704, and I just so happen to be the creator of the online program you just purchased. I truly feel honored that you are entrusting me to help you along your health and fitness journey. It is a hard choice to make with so many programs out there, but here you will find a sense of community, where we take pride in our victories, and we learn from our mistakes. We all have our ups and downs, and I am here to help you go up, up, UP!
You have just started a journey of health and overall wellness. If you are starting at the Novice Level, I want to congratulate you for being here! Many people where you are have contemplated getting back into their fitness routine, but have been too “this or that” to be able to commit. It IS a commitment, it’s a commitment to yourself, every day you do your workout, with every healthy meal you have, and with every journal entry you make.
I am hoping that you get more than just a fitness program and routine from this program. It is my hope and intention for you to be able to really learn and understand the principles of fitness, how to create a workout, and have a great understanding on how your body reacts to exercise.
If you are brand new to the health and fitness realm, or if it has been a while and you are back again, you are going to be focusing on establishing new habits, and that takes some getting used to. Don’t get discouraged if this is challenging, but please let me know if it is TOO much for you. The last thing we want is for you to walk away because you need a few more coaching sessions before we really get you moving and grooving.
For some people, all of the information we give you is a bit much, so if you need a hand digesting everything, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Natural Fitness 704 community! We are all here to help!
During your first 4 weeks, as well as the weeks beyond, you will receive weekly emails from us with everything from journaling prompts, to fun activities to stay moving and motivated on your rest days, as well as some healthy ideas for the kitchen. I encourage you to join our social media community as well, so you can engage with other clients of mine and meet like-minded individuals who are focusing on their health too.

Introduction to the Novice Level 2 Online Course
Welcome to Level 2, Fitness for the Novice!
This might feel very different from other online programs you may have tried. My intent is to REALLY teach you these exercises. The best way to accomplish that is to use a traditional approach to modern technology and track our progress, while learning the movement via the internet. Over time, you may not even need to look at the library as you do the exercises. We are all about learning how to do the best we can with the exercises we can do. Form matters, and it is always Quality over Quantity at Natural Fitness 704.
Welcome to the TEAM! Make sure you check your inbox regularly and add us as a contact for your weekly inspirational e-mail and writing prompts.
If you haven’t done so already, make sure you fill our and print a copy of the Health History Questionnaire, and then download the the Measurement Chart, your programmed homework sheets, grocery shopping list, & weekly planner.
With every Level of fitness, you will get homework every 4 weeks. Each 4 weeks is what we call a “Cycle” and there are three Cycles to every Level (with the levels being Beginner, Novice, intermediate and Athlete). This is going to give you three solid months of a fitness program that will give you the tools you can utilize to reach your goals.
